Refund Eligibility
Refunds are permitted ONLY IF:
- The payment was charged twice (duplicate transaction)
- The PDF was not delivered within 2 hours
- A technical error prevented access
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot refund:
- Wrong or incomplete inputs by the user
- Disagreement with insights
- Employer refusal to adjust benefits
- Post-download dissatisfaction
- Attempted misuse of recommendations
Digital goods cannot be “returned.”
Request Window
Refund requests must be raised within 72 hours of purchase.
Refund Processing Time
