2. Advisory Nature

All reports are:

• Educational
• Indicative
• Non-enforceable
• Dependent on user correctness

We do not guarantee employer approval of any structural change.

3. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Accurate input values
• Reviewing recommendations before applying them
• Understanding employer policy constraints

Incorrect data may produce incorrect results.

4. Payment & Access

Upon successful payment:

• Users receive access to a downloadable PDF
• Delivery is immediate and irreversible

5. Intellectual Property

All UI designs, logic, logic-based insights, PDF formats, content, and branding belong to Trevonai Technologies. Unauthorised distribution is prohibited.

6. Employer Communication

Trevonai does not communicate directly with employers, HR teams, or payroll processors.

7. Liability

Trevonai is not responsible for:

• Employer policy constraints
• Outcomes of salary negotiations
• HR decisions
• Tax/legal notices due to user misrepresentation

8. Data Usage

User data is used solely for:

• Generating advisory output
• Improvements to product accuracy

We do not sell data to third parties.

9. Prohibited Use

Users shall not:

• Misuse generated content
• Modify PDF insights to conceal facts
• Resell reports

10. Termination

Trevonai reserves the right to withhold service if fraudulent activity is detected.
